JobConnect Eswatini reviews vacancies before publication. A published vacancy does not, by itself, guarantee that an employer has completed an identity or business verification check.

Employer verification requests

Employers can request an additional review by contacting jobconnecteswatini@gmail.com. Include your registered company name, company contact information and a description of your business. Our team may request supporting evidence through a secure channel. Do not email identity documents until a secure submission method has been agreed.

JobConnect does not automatically mark employers as verified. Any verification claim should only be published after a completed review.

How vacancy review works

Employers submit vacancy details, including position, company, location, requirements and application instructions. The administrator reviews the submission before publishing it. Vacancies can be rejected or unpublished if they do not meet platform standards.

Protect yourself

Verify an employer's official website and contact details independently. Never pay someone who guarantees employment, and avoid sharing banking credentials or passwords with recruiters.

Report suspicious vacancies to jobconnecteswatini@gmail.com. Include the vacancy link and a short explanation.

Employer subscriptions

Subscription access and payment confirmation are managed through the employer dashboard. Read payment information. Do not send funds to unofficial accounts or contacts.
